The Apex Underground HDD Process: From Assessment to Completion

Since March 2023, Apex has been at the forefront of Denver Water’s ambitious Lead Service Line Replacement Program. Under this $28 million contract, our teams have successfully completed over 10,000 inspections and 2,000 lead service line replacements throughout Denver Water’s service area, making us one of the most experienced contractors in the region for this specialized work. The contract was delivered under a multiple work (WH) contract.
