Full sanitary package including removal and replacement of a brick manhole, installation of a new manhole and the pipe work associated with the manhole installations. Full domestic water and fire line package including 350 feet of 12-inch water main that tie in at the Denver Water main in Broadway (including multiple depressions due to existing utilities). One 3-inch domestic water supply line, two 6-inch fire lines and two fire hydrants. Full storm package including 183 feet of 18-inch RCP tying into the Denver storm main in Broadway utilizing a cast over 72-inch storm manhole. Additional storm manholes and pipe tying into the building storm detention vault. Additional storm work within the vault of media and pipe installation.
